Now what? With everybody, jet set halfway around the world back to Malaysia, or somewhere in Eastern Europe...things were pretty slow.
The next group due to arrive tomorrow (October, 21st) and I still have another 2 days to amuse myself since I've been given a long leash by Madam. For the crew, it was time to catch up with news back home. Dinie just became dad few days ago and will be back in a few weeks time. Syibli?..Syibli was away in Frankfurt. Saiful and Harun? They were busy messaging home.
We were in Markt Schwaben, the HQ for the camper van. The crew changed a gas tank in one of the kitchen and had all the camper van washed.
Dinie and Saiful hard at work... |
Afterwards, back at the field where the company parked all the serviced camper van, we sweep the floor, scrub the carpet and sink, wipe the windows, dashboard...etc. At least the next group wouldn't be teary eye with the leftover smell me and the previous group left. 11 days in it...you kind of..... infested the whole van. But I came prepared, bought those odour repellent at the nearby super market to rid off the lingering smell. Although its a daily task.
Late afternoon, we took one of the van to the nearby train station and head for Munich.
A structure in orange and white color right after the parking area. Ulu Cami - in Turkish, which translates to Grand Mosque and an Uyghur snack bar was just beside the mosque selling kebabs, drinks..etc (end of thinking capacity, hahaha)
We purchased a ticket to Marienplatz train station in Munich. We have a few places in mind that we would like to visit. Journey was ok...not that long if you how to pass your time.
Everyone was busy on their mobile phone..so I better do the same..I guess. Anyway, I was busy looking at the map for Munich and in our WA group, someone sent a picture from the top of a tower over looking the town hall building...That will be the first thing to do.
